You will always get potatoes, onions and often carrots but the rest of the box changes with the seasons and what's at it's best here in Cornwall.
This box is designed for 2+2pp for a week and contains a seasonally changing selection of vegetables.
The box will usually contain 6-8 varieties of seasonal produce but this can vary depending on availability.
Contents will change each week but variety can vary depending on the time of the year.
On occasions when local veg is in extremely short supply we may supplement the boxes with veg bought in from outside of Cornwall.

If there are things you don't want, like or need please let us know by filling out the Dietary Requirements box in the Account Settings area of your online account. You can amend this as often as you like. We will aim to replace up to 2 items.
