Rye Bread

This loaf is packed full of rye flour and sunflower seeds, along with a little malted wheat flour, to give a really intense full-flavoured and richly wholesome bread. This utilises a sourdough starter and undergoes an extended period of fermentation which not only contributes to its flavour but also gives the loaf good longevity.
