How are your hampers packed?
Our hampers are packed as standard in our fully recyclable illustrated cardboard hamper boxes. Wood shred is used to cushion the contents and ensure they arrive safely.
Hampers which contain larger items or lots of chilled items such as our Luxury Breakfast Boxes, are packed in double walled cardboard boxes in order that the contents arrive safely and at the correct temperature.
I have chilled items - how do they stay cold while in transit?
Chilled items are kept cold while in transit using ice packs and thermal linings to our boxes. Where possible we use a plastic free system that is entirely paper based. For some items such as pasties which we dispatch frozen we use foil lined plastic bags. Our hampers are packed to remain chilled for 48 hrs. Over 99% of our hampers are delivered within 24hrs of dispatch.
Can I choose a delivery date?
We deliver across the UK every week Wednesday to Sunday. Your hamper will be dispatched from us the evening before your delivery day for nationwide deliveries using DPD carbon neutral delivery service. Local Cornish deliveries will be delivered by our own vans and drivers.
What time will my hamper be delivered?
You will be sent a tracking number once your hamper has been dispatched. You can find out what time your hamper will be delivered using the tracking code on the courier website.
What happens if the recipients are not going to be in when delivery is made?
Our hampers are all marked to be left safely at the address if no-one is in when delivery is made. Hampers WILL NOT be returned to the depot as they contain food items. If the recipient is not going to be in and there is nowhere for the parcel to be left safely please contact us prior to delivery. Please do not delay the parcel delivery with the couriers.
How do I include a gift message?
You can leave us a message for your hamper in the delivery information box when you checkout. If you have forgotten to add a message then please email with the details and we will add it to your order.
Can I get a delivery to an island/the Highlands/overseas?
For deliveries to the highlands and islands or overseas please contact us by email or phone. Delivery days and costs will vary, and some hampers are not suitable for dispatch to some addresses.
